Which countries do you ship to?

The United States, Canada and Australia.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or, as a guest, with any major credit or debit card. No PayPal account is required.

Do you have a first-order discount?

Yes. Use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. We can change the address or cancel while the order is still being prepared. Once it has shipped, changes are no longer possible, but we will help with a reship or refund if it cannot be delivered.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

$8.95 on orders under $20, $5.94 on orders of $20 or more, and free on orders over $45.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 7–10 business days to the US and 8–12 business days to Canada and Australia — most orders arrive within about two weeks. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?

Prices do not include import duties or taxes. Most small orders arrive without extra charges, but any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

My tracking has not updated. Is something wrong?

Tracking can take 2–3 days to show movement after the first scan, and international transit sometimes pauses for a few days at customs. If nothing has moved for 10 days, email us and we will check with the carrier.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and a photo, and we will send instructions. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of approval.

My item arrived damaged or is not what I ordered.

Sorry about that. Send us a photo or short video of the item and packaging, and we will ship a replacement at no cost or refund the item, whichever you prefer. There is no need to return the damaged item.

Products

Are electrical products compatible with US outlets?

Yes. Electrical items sold to the US come with a 110–120 V US plug. Where a product has several plug options, choose the one for your country at checkout.

How do I clean gua sha stones and rollers?

Rinse with warm water and mild soap after each use and let them air dry. Do not use alcohol on natural stone.
