Refund policy

Return Eligibility
We want you to love your Glow Ritual products. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@glowritualco.us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. You do not need to send the item back — we will send a replacement or issue a full refund once your request is reviewed.

Change of Mind
If you simply changed your mind, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or come into direct skin contact cannot be returned once used. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the order is cancelled before it ships.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@glowritualco.us with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are shopping from the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, under the same conditions listed above.
