Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States and most countries worldwide. If you have any issues at checkout, please contact us at support@glowritualco.us.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing time: 3-7 business days on average (some items may take a few days longer).
Shipping time (United States): approximately 10-16 business days.
Shipping time (other countries): approximately 10-20 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it.

Do I have to pay VAT? (EU customers only)
Good news — EU VAT is prepaid, so you won't be charged additional VAT on delivery.
