Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@glowritualco.us.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing time: 1-3 business days on average (some items may take a few days longer).
Shipping time (United States): approximately 7-10 business days. Most orders arrive within about two weeks of purchase.
Shipping time (Canada and Australia): approximately 8-12 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping to the United States, Canada and Australia is $5.94 USD on orders of $20 or more ($8.95 USD on orders under $20), and free on orders over $45. You will always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Prices do not include import duties or taxes. Most small orders arrive without extra charges, but any duties or taxes assessed by customs in your country are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
